Yes! You heard me right! Some idiots made a young child SMOKE MARIJUANA, incredible isn’t it? Apparently in Pataskala, Ohio, 2 teenagers were caught endangering and corrupting a toddler by videotaping it smoking marijuana. My first reaction when I knew about this? I went “HOLY FUCK!“.
