Mariah Carey Sucks On Michael Jackson’s Memorial?

The internet is buzzing about Mariah Carey‘s bad performance during Michael Jackson‘s memorial, I missed it but thanks to Youtube, I finally got the opportunity to listen to her singing.
Well the performance wasn’t really good BUT y’all gotta understand, she’s probably being too emotional because the event is not something to be celebrated, and can you sing when you’re at the verge of crying? I doubt so.

Later, Mariah Carey released a statement in her Twitter page apologizing to the audience,
Trying to sing today was basically impossible for me. I could barely keep myself from crying. I’m sorry that I wasn’t able to pull it together and really do it right,but I was literally choked up when I saw him there in front of me. One thing I know is, we will never really have to say goodbye to MJ. His legacy lives on through his music and the millions of people, He inspired with his timeless music. He will be forever in our hearts.
We understand, Mimi, to me it was a great performance! At least you weren’t lip syncing.

OMG, I didn’t see anything so bad about her performance. That thing was thrown together, no real rehearsal time, and it was an emotional setting, especially since no one was warned they were going to bring the coffin in. Considering all of that and that the song didn’t fit her lower range…she did just fine.
Man if that's me I don't think I would even sing in front of a coffin, too scared I think… So fuck y'all haters. Mimi is foreva a professional diva! XD
