Carrie Underwood Will Act

Hmm maybe it’s a good idea to try out something new. Carrie Underwood, the country singer will make her film debut in an indie drama called “Soul Surfer” which is a story based Bethany Hamilton, the 13-year-old girl who lost her arm in a shark attack and went on to win professional championships.
She will be playing a church youth leader, joining Dennis Quaid, Helen Hunt, AnnaSophia Robb, Lorraine Nicholson and Kevin Sorbo. And I think I’m going to watch this flick because in Carrie’s latest song “Temporary Home”, she sorta ‘acted’ for a few seconds as a sad daughter/grand-daughter.
