Gwen Stefani: The Sweet Escape Tour 2007 in Bukit Jalil, KL

A week ago I was chatting with a friend and he told me that Gwen Stefani is coming to Malaysia, I was being skeptical at first but after surfing Hotlink’s website, it is true! Gwen Stefani is having her “Sweet Escape Tour” in Malaysia! Hooray!

Now tell me, how many times will you have foreign big stars performing in Malaysia? And how sure are you that those pop stars would want to come back to Malaysia after being bound by strict rules, not just that, some even get sued - Example: Pussycat Dolls. :P
I wasn’t a big fan of Gwen Stefani but now I’m trying hard to be one, after all, her songs are undoubtedly good! I mean come on, some of you know that it’s hard to copy her style ain’t it? Some of my friends even commented that they can’t possibly sing Gwen Stefani’s songs because there are some parts which she sang so fast! Example: 4 In The Morning
I am so glad that I can finally get my hands on the ticket, screw those stupid misinformation, we were told that the ticket will be on sale at 15th of July, and actually it’s 14th, but thankfully we managed to get to 1U and purchased it. Woohoo! So that means…
I am going to the concert!!!
Let me make a prediction on that concert:
- She is going to sing “What You Waiting For” as her encore.
- She might bring the rest of the No Doubt members up to the stage.
- She will cry on the stage because the Malaysian fans might be crazier than the others.
- She will have her Harajuku Girls dancing when she’s performing.
- She will deliver all her 9 singles
- She will bring Akon along and Akon will start acting nasty throughout her concert and caused Gwen Stefani to lose another sponsorship. Sigh…
- She will ask me to go on stage (DREAM ON)
So anyone is coming for her tour? Anyone been to her tour? I can’t wait!!!
Ahhh…my daughters think Akon will be present too!
