I used to think that people who complained about how inefficient the current major internet service provider - Streamyx are a bunch of idiots, well of course I felt that way because that time I didn’t really suffer problems like frequent disconnection but now…
I FUCKING FEEL IT!
And yes! I feel safe to say that our internet service provider Streamyx is a SHIT! What the fuck is going on I don’t know but all I know is…
- I hate it when the line goes dead again, then revives, then dies again, then revives… What the hell it’s makin my nuts cracked!
- I hate it when my windows live messenger suddenly goes offline.
- I hate it when I’m in the midst of transferring files.
- I hate it when the page doesn’t load within 3 seconds.
- I hate it when my message couldn’t get delivered and I have to say “SORRY” repeatedly.
- I hate it when I had to look like I’m losing when I’m exchanging bad words with some lame assholes over the internet.
- I hate it when my online game gets stuck/lag/disconnected/ka-boomed/K-O’ed/fucked.
- I hate it when my video clip gets stuck half way.
I hate it when…
There are no other better substitutes I can find!!! Tell me, when will Jaring rise? When will Maxis/Celcom Broadband go faster than this shit?

My friend blasted a very awesome explanation to why Screamyx is a shit, she simply says this,

I have no comment about it since it’s the only connection i got in my friend’s house , instead of DIAL UP , the only suck big time connection I have at my own home, when I was in Malaysia.
Anyway, hope internet service in Malaysia would get improved real fast before I go back to Malaysia one day. Or else, I dont know how could I survive?!?! -.-
I can’t agree more, because it’s “made in Malaysia”, it sucks. One more thing, not only the line sucks, the customer service is super sucky, do you know that?
Lovie: I know it’s a turn off to speak to the customer service. I tried before and I almost have my balls cracked. They don’t know anything! So the easiest way out is to blame my modem, WHAT THE FUCK!

We have the same problem. It is so frustrating if the other broadband provider is crappier than what we currently using.
lolz… i know one of the TM contractors personally and he tells me the CS people knows NUTS about anything. They are given a guide book which they use to troubleshoot stuff. But dude.. u just got to know how to handle the CS people. When i was at the old job it was my job to handle them when we had problems with internet and what i usually do is tell them my problem then when they say they will walk through a simple troubleshoot you stop them right there and straight away ask “Are you going to ask me to make a direct connection to the modem from computer and a direct connection to the modem from the phone line? Because i have already done that many times and every time that i have called in so we already know that is not the problem.” To which you force them to open a report and get a technician to come over to your place to have a look. Without the report technicians won’t come to your place. The CS is then forced to go through a simplified version of the troubleshoot for the purpose of records then open a report for ya. This works for me all the time.
