It's like this, he might think that, "I'm not talking to him unless he talks to me." , as for us we think that, "I'm not talking to him unless he talks to me first.". Thing is, we don't have that kind of rules that says we MUST talk to everyone. That'll land u into trouble if you start to befriend everyone, I'm just speaking from experience, I've gotten myself into deep shit by trusting someone so easily. :) Because they can’t even start the conversation first!
